Do our crews have to change how they write trip reports?
No. They keep using your state’s system or your current ePCR. SirenPilot reads the reports to check them before billing, and where your state supports it, opens each report already filled in from dispatch and GPS.
Which billing software do you work with?
The billing autopilot connects to Tebra (Kareo) today. If you use something else, tell us in the application — we confirm exactly what connects before you sign anything.
Which GPS do the trucks need?
DroneMobile works today, and we add others on request. Without GPS everything else still works; the live map and GPS times wait until a tracker is connected.
Is Luna going to book rides on her own?
Only the ones your rules allow. You decide what she confirms by herself, what she asks a person about first, and how much notice she needs.
Who owns our data?
You do. It lives in your own private system. Ask for an export at any time; when you leave, we hand it back and destroy our copies as the BAA requires.
What does it cost?
One price per ambulance per month, every feature included. See Pricing, or ask us for a quote.
How long does onboarding take?
It depends on your size and your connections. Your onboarding specialist sets dates with you after reviewing your application.
Is it built by people who know EMS?
It was built inside Quick & Safe EMS, a working ambulance company, and it runs real trucks every day.
